The "Product Connection Experience" is focused on consolidating employee connection with the John Deere brand through plant visits.
The company's headquarters entrusted CH+B with the development of a graphic piece to be applied throughout the region.
We created a book with specific information about each plant and quantitative agricultural and forestry production and construction data.
Each new employee visiting a facility gains new knowledge about production lines, and has a new John Deere experience. At the beginning of the plant tour the employee is photographed, and at the end of the visit the book/daily planner is handed out to him/her with that photo on the cover. The strategy is based on each associate knowing the attributes that drive the company and feeling part of it.
